You should be revising and then practising your answers to past papers .A lot of the questions recur - so make sure you have an excellent answer ready for these questions .Make sure you know the definitions of the offences - actus reus and mens rea , and can support these with reference to cases .Practise your application skills - IDEA technique .
Be able to explain what 'duty of care' means ; what 'breach of duty of care' means ; what causation means - and be careful not to get muddled up between criminal causation and civil causation - you have been warned !
