Here is the powerpoint about criminal liability and the actus reus for result crimes such as murder , which requires a result of death ;there needs to be established the chain of causation linking the defendant's act or omission with the result suffered by the victim .
For Law 2 , the result crimes are actual bodily harm ,grievous bodily harm and wounding .In each of these crimes the prosecution must prove that D caused the result in order to prove s/he committed the actus reus.
